Blog, sweet blog!
Hello..
It is me again, remember me?
It has been 100 day since I started studying and now it is done! everything is done! no more schools any more, exams or rules! A new life has come to me :)
That is all what I can write for now, it is 1:15 am.
Thank you Mum, Dad and my brother and all the family.. thanks for every person who has sent me a SMS or message after every exam, I won't forget this.
There is a special person who changed everything to me and made it easier.. he was helpful indirectly and he will always be!

The beginning of everything
Have ever had the feeling that urges you leave everything behind you and move on so you can start over and come back stronger? I had it recently and I am still having it now. I want a medication that make me forget the whole year, events and faces and change it to something new, completely new.. new places, new fun stuff, things I haven't seen before because I am seeing the same things since the moment I was born, yet we deserve to get something cheerful.
I start hate the city and the whole world, nothing is normal! war, destruction, dead people, orphans, widows.
I don't even know how to express what I want to say, but the only thing I can tell is I am tired of being here.
The newest news is: I have stopped attending classes in school in Thursday and I am going to to start studying and preparing for the exam which it will be hold in 30/June.
I spend this weekend feeling depressed and I felt like there is no time left to do anything fun for the last time, because I going to spend 75 studying at home.
All I need is a new beginning with new hope and more confidence.
I am not going to post during the 75 day but maybe I will and maybe I will after the exams.
I am going to put some songs to do some changes and bring new stuff to the blog.

Development in Baghdad
I feel very impressed after I heard about the new things that taking a part in Baghdad these days but couldn't find enough information about all the projects there because the press didn't show any interest in that, even the Iraqi channels.. and now let's start with these projects:
1. Shopping Mall in Al-Mansour
here is a sketch of a proposed shopping mall in the Mansour area of Baghdad that officials hope will be built by investors but I don't know when and of course it depends on the general situation of the city and how much will the ministries and the responsible men in the government steal, but it seems fun! here is the only photo I could find:

2. Burj Al-Mamon
Al-Mamon tower for communication is being developed nowadays.. and here is a photo:

3. The Baghdad Eye
This one looks very interesting and completely new thing, it's Baghdad Eye who has the same idea of London Eye. It is said that whole Baghdad can be seen from over there. I also couldn't find good photos and I don't know if the photo below is a real one or not.. but the good news is; it is real.. can't wait to try it :)

4. Central Bank of Iraq by Zaha Hadid
The Iraqi government have approved the commission of Zaha Hadid Architects to design the central bank of Iraq. This approval was decided in the goverment's offical meeting number 29. Mr Ali Dabbagh have announced this commission in addition to other political statement. This building to be the first of Zaha's in Iraq, and it is hoped to be one of her magnificent designs to start a new era of modern architecture in the area. It is not yet kno w if Zaha would visit Iraq any soon.

It is not yet kno w if Zaha would visit Iraq any soon.
Zaha Hadid has won her first deal in the country of her birth with a commission to design a new headquarters building for the Central Bank of Iraq.
She and the team picked to work on the project travelled to Istanbul earlier this month to discuss initial details with the bank’s governor, S inan al-Shabibi.
The Iraqi government appointed Zaha Hadid Architects in late July to come up with a design concept, prepare a feasibility study and develop a brief for the Central Bank’s new headquarters in the capital, Baghdad.
A spokesman for the practice said of the Istanbul meeting: “This preliminary workshop concentrated on the vision of the project’s objectives, success criteria and the operational functions that will be performed by the bank through the coming decades as a national institution that represents the symbol of sovereignty of the Republic of Iraq.”
Details of the bank’s security features are unlikely ever to be made public but a key requirement for the Baghdad-born architect, who came to London in 1972 to study at the Architectural Association, is that the design is able to withstand terrorist attacks.
The existing modernist headquarters – which was designed by Danish practice Dissing & Weitling in 1985 and built from marble-clad reinforced concrete with few exterior openings – was stormed by insurgents in Ju ne in an attack that killed 18 people and injured 50.
The bank’s generator was bombed and four suicide bombers blew themselves up at the main gate, sparking a three-hour stand-off between security forces and armed al-Qaida supporters.
Founded in 1947, the bank was one of the first central banks in the Arab world and has the sole right to issue the dinar, Iraq’s national currency.
The Hadid spokesman said the brief made it clear the new bank would act as a symbol of the new Iraq. “The new headquarters will enable the monetary authority of the CBI [Central Bank of Iraq] to perform its continued role serving stability, development and economic growth in Iraq,” he said.

What's going on?
I couldn't post anything during this spring break because I was so busy, I had to continue my private lessons which I've started taking them in summer and have to finish them in these days.
I will give an overview of which is now being happened in our life:
1. Spring break is over. today is the last day and I really want to make a lot of stuff in this last day so as not to feel sad or something like that, the annoying inner feeling.
2. This break is awful, it can't be any worse. I have done nothing, I only went out to my grandpa's house and my aunt's house and to one of our relative's house and that's it. It is not enough for me because I am seeking for something new, special and spectacular but any way I couldn't find it.
3. It's all about demonstration which is taking a part in the Arab World these days. I don't know what to say about that but do demonstrators know what they are really want? Do they help each other?
Will they promise not to steal the banks if something happened?
I think we've got enough of killing and death and the situation was getting better and than this happened. Some sides say that the army shot the people in the street and also a number of men were killed.Anyway we'll be waiting for what going to happen next, hope it's a good thing for people first.
P.S: Just to let you know I changed the title of the blog and this is the new one to make sure you get it: http://illuminationfromiraq.blogspot.com/

I can't even start
It is so hard to start writing a new post, or maybe this is how I feel because I haven't written anything in a long time.
Some of the people I know keep telling me that they feel hopeful when they see me and especially my cousin (M) she is amazing , that's right I keep telling them not to give up and to fight till the end however the end will be, because I believe that we can find happiness everywhere we go even that some times I stop feeling the same way I used to and especially in these days! Everything is not just like I want and I know I have to sacrifice for others and maybe for nothing and yet, that makes us lose confidence.
The only thing I know is that I need something super cool to change me, something makes me laugh from the deepest spot of my heart and soul even though I'll keep searching about anything will change my mood because I'm not afraid of the challenge and of course, I can't give up in the middle of the road. This reminds me of Josh Groban's song and it does cheers me up :)

Don't give up
It's just the weight of the world
When your heart's heavy
I...I will lift it for you
Don't give up
Because you want to be heard
If silence keeps you
I...I will break it for you
Everybody wants to be understood
Well I can hear you
Everybody wants to be loved
Don't give up
Because you are loved
Don't give up
It's just the hurt that you hide
When you're lost inside
I...I will be there to find you
Don't give up
Because you want to burn bright
If darkness blinds you
I...I will shine to guide you
Everybody wants to be understood
Well I can hear you
Everybody wants to be loved
Don't give up
Because you are loved
You are loved
Don't give up
It's just the weight of the world
Don't give up
Every one needs to be heard

101
Do you know what? I realized that when someone really wants something, he can find it even in the most darkest place in the world but first he should have faith in God, himself, and destiny.
I just feel like I was born to be an engineer, I really want Architecture Engineering from my deep inside and I'm really mean it. I love to create something, make it a masterpiece... it is just I love this feeling and it is all because of Dubai. Dubai has been very inspirational to me, study here, get a master degree from Europe, find a job in Dubai and then I'll have the success in my career that I've been dreaming about and then BAM.. I'm the NEXT Zaha Hadid :))
I hope someday very soon, we'll be just like Dubai.
There is a great show called Dubai 101 it is aired on Dubai one channel and also Out and About show, both help you to take a deep look of Dubai in past, present, and future.
Pray for me!

White Eid
After the series of the explosions in Baghdad before nearly two weeks, and the government hasn't been established yet hopefully I hope it would! I really hope that the general situation in all over Iraq will get better, what can I say more? May God bless all the persons who were killed by this.
Back to happiness! these days are very blessed and special because it is Hajj time and today is Day of Arafa and tomorrow will be the first day of Eid al-Adha which is four days.
As usual we are going to spend the Eid with family and relatives and especially the first day.
All things are ready for Eid. The most famous habit in Eid is buying new clothes for every one but sometimes this joy (maybe) becomes a very difficult thing for poor people :(
Yesterday I saw a woman with her 6 years child in a store, she asked the seller if he has any defective clothes but he answered no and then that expression on hes face, she was solicitous.
I don't know what happened to me in that moment. I really thanked God for the money we have to eat, drink, and buy. Maybe it was a shock because somehow we find ourselves only thinking about ourselves while there are hundreds who are suffering because of poverty, And also there are some people who bought new clothes for each day of Eid and then they get ride of it because they discovered that they don't like them, and there is others who can't even have money to buy food!
We need a dozens of solution, nor only for the political situation.
After all, I wish this Eid will be a beginning for all good things for Iraq and the world.
White Eid, I wish!

Back
I haven't written in a long time I guess. Pleased to write again here :)
Everything is quite good and fabulous even I lost control two days ago but I did very well in my Math and Chemistry exams. I haven't imagined that this will happen because I was freaking out before the exams. I just thought that I wouldn't do well, but finally I did.
Also a wonderful thing is happening to me, I'm having visions, dispersed visions, various topics, about different things. When I wake up, I can barely remember just few things.
One of these amazing visions ( it is an exciting one ) :)
I saw my self walking in the Uni, I've entered some colleges and I think I was going to choose one to start my new year as a freshman so I entered the Architecture Engineering building although the building did not suggest it to building architecture and the best part is; I did not get out of it, I just waked up!
Interesting.. Ha? I do find it wonderful.
Also another dream, I was hugging my mother strongly and I was going to leave or something and I was crying too! I disliked it.
I want you to listen to this music, it is so beautiful. I love symphonies and I have some and I like the an untitled music and not trite at the same time. *click on the star to start downloading.

Last Day In Summer Break
Well, maybe today is the last day and maybe not.
It is said that the schools will start in 27/Sept. which is tomorrow but it is said also the schools will start in 29/Sept. which is Wednesday so if that is true; the students won't go to school till 3/Oct.
Anyway, it doesn't matter to me because I am already studying and feel so excited and I don't know way! I just want to finish this year perfectly and go to college to study something I love.
I put some notes to make use of them during school and some quotations from some books, I'll write them on my copybooks, some of them are about success in life, I think it is helpful, it raises my morale. I'm wired :)
The huge thing is, I have to reduce the use of the internet so I don't expect to post more 3 times in month or less. I have to devote all my time for school, homework and exams, yet I'll get my happily ever after. One year will build my life, my future and my dreams.
I'm still not ready to meet the students with me! Have they been changed? or have I? That's the question :) I hope they become more realistic because all what they think about is football and sports. They think for a while when some body asks them about their hobbies and some of them answered "I don't know!" Do I have to change or do they have to change?!
The thing that obscures all that nonsense is: they are in a school for intelligent pupils so they are perfect in point of view of people so they don't have to do/know anything except these things and of course get in Medicine College, be a doctor, marry the first girl his mother meet, have kids, die! Is that a life? Where is the axis and the true meaning of life?
In contrast, there are a few great boys, they are so open to the outside world, have a great life and personality, great actions but they are less than the first type.
Can't wait to hear their stupid comments that express their stupid mind :D (evil smile)

Back
For a reason, I'm happy and for other some reasons I'm sad! But I still OK I guess :)
The Eid wasn't good as I expected, My uncle's family just left in the third day of Eid to Turkey and I was depressed, I just miss them and I used to see them every day during the summer :(
Today we'll go to Erbil in north of Iraq for two days. We'll move after afternoon and to visit my mother's friend, she haven't seen her for 23 year, she came back from Canada.
I'll try to post some photos from this trip and I'm not going to ask you for "good luck" because I need you to pray for me.
That's all, or actually that's all I can write for now... c ya.

No aim, No reason
- 1 -
Every human when he starts to understand the life, he starts to put a list of things he would like to make, but did he think deeply
How many persons think about what they are doing in their life and the big differences and changes they make via their work and education?
I heard once from one of the pupils with me in school that he only needs to get a good marks enough to make him get in medicine college, no more no less!
But did he know why he wants to study medicine? Did he know the main reason of his wish? Why would he like to do this? To do what? To change what? to give what?
All what most people think about is just receiving, only few people think to give and share, what is this selfishness?

Khawater
Khawater is a great program to watch in Ramadan in its sixth season by the Saudi preacher Ahmed Al-Shugairy who explained the Japanese success story to Arab and Muslim viewers in its fifth season and also explained Japan's experience of progress and reasons behind its success. Ahmad preached and advised Arabs to do like Japan and rise after all wars we passed just like they did after the nuclear bomb. Their system followed the basic principals of Islam without being Muslims so it is of course better than other programs I think because it erases the gaps in the Arabic community and shows it for the people but the the problem is a few people apply what the program shows.
Ahmad Al Shugairy is one of the most inspiring people I have ever listened to. He is out there with a strong belief that one day he will make a difference. For those who don’t know him! He has a show called “Khawater خواطر” that airs everyday in Ramadan, what he does in a nutshell is sharing his ideas and thoughts to the whole Muslim world and sometimes the Arab world in particular. These thoughts are presented in a documentary style with a short straight forward messages. This year the program showed the differences between the Arab countries themselves and Ahmad highlighted the confidential scandals of some countries and how people live their.
I saw an episode this Ramadan that made me think and say:" Where the hell are we? What we are up to? We need a miracle and I know it not miracles time!". It was about Saladin and the castle he built in Egypt. The castle had a water system that transfers the water to all over the city so nobody needs to go out and bring water himself so he compared this with nowadays situation and the way of living of how some people live. There are some areas in Egypt have only one tap in all over the area! So all families have to bring water to their houses by buckets! And to wash dishes near the tap too so how do expect of them to live in this situation?
Also another thing made me sick! it was about astrolabe and as you know it is an Arabic invention by Muslims that works like watch and shows time. Ahmad asked two Arab guys about it and the big shock was they didn't remember it and after they did, they were unable to spell the world in Arabic so Ahmad said the word for them after all, then he asked an English man about it and he explained for him how it works! Unfortunately the two Arab guys didn't know the answer but the English man did and he is not even a Muslim or Arab!
Khawater 6 roamed around eight countries; Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, Spain, Egypt, England, Saudi Arabia and UAE to show people not only of how much history we had but of how few modern Arabs are trying to make history today.
The Middle East was the leading world. We had it all technology, Medicine, Science, Theorise, Money and Power, all of which we lost over decades. The show is going to include a lot of history to remind the Arab world how insightful we were.
They made it before us, and we can make it too but first we need to focus and to have faith in God and absolutely this is their secret.
To every young man and woman, you’re not responsible for Arabs being retard today, and nobody has the right to blame you for that!! But young men and women of today are responsible of the future of the Arab countries, you are responsible of what we’ll be after 25 years, means that “WE” decide the situation of the Islamic world in 2030.
"I am a human" A special campaign to educate and improve the look of the community in dealing with patients also by Ahmad, I'll try to search about it and talk about it here because it is a very important thing.
To be continued...

End of Ramadan
Every time I decide to post, there is always something stops me so I made this decision a I decided to post as fast as I can.
Only six days left of Ramadan and after that the Eid will come so I have to buy new clothes and this thing became very uneasy thing to do because I can't find anything I like, every thing is just too colorful. I am already have a problem, I am thin and I think I lost extra weight so not all kinds suit me very well so I have to keep search for something interesting but seriously, what happened to your taste in clothes people? Most of it is not elegance.
Another wish I want to make it comes true and it is to spend Ramadan or the last ten days of it in Mecca and especially Laylat Alqader. Pray for me for that please.
That's all for now because I'm sure there was something also I wanted to write but I forgot what it was.

Bad news
An hour ago, my cousin told me when I was chatting with her that a relative died by a heart attack. He doesn't have kids, he has only a wife. Blessing and mercy be upon him and to heaven Inshallah. I will pray for him.
Pray for his lonely wife :(

Thank you Allah for every thing
I haven't written a post in long time. I was busy with somethings! Ramadan, lessons and actually I don't have a mood to write anything and it causes me a big trouble in doing anything, it is also effects on a lot of things and matters.
I don't like to complain about Ramadan and fasting this month like some peoples because I simply enjoy it and it doesn't matter how the weather is! I tried and I will always try not to miss a moment of this month and also live the moment. Only the first day was hard because I didn't sleep well in night and I had two lessons from early morning but whoever; it is almost done, half of Ramadan done.
I enjoy talking about my Umra'a and going to there because it is the best thing ever happened to me till now and I hope there is more. Two of my cousins went to Umra'a after we told them how fantastic it was, and they both enjoyed it and it is expected because you feel different there like you are a new person and you can't feel it without going and visiting the most holy places there. Also my other cousin will leave to Umara'a tomorrow and guess what, I'm completely jealous! I just love being there and especially in Ramadan and spend Laylat al-Qadr there.
Well, that is all for now.. I'll try to keep in touch because writing makes me stronger.
There is a lot of thing to talk about but as I told you, I'm not in the mood. Wish me LUCK.

It is coming !
Hello..
Somehow I've become so unable to do anything, I can't sleep and if I did and slept, when I wake up I feel tired again. I feel bored and when I want to read I can't because my damn glasses is missing and I don't remember where I put last time I wear it.
There is something good will cheer me up, it is Ramadan. I have so many plans to do in this holy month listed below:
1.Read the Quran and listen to it.
I decided to put the headphone in my ears and listen to Quran while I'm reading it.
2. Go to the mosque for Tarawih prayer and try not miss any prayer.
3. Do a simple project for poor people from my own money.
4. be more simple and keep smiling :)
5. Not to get angry during this month.
6. Never listen to music.
7. Try to enjoy Ramadan nights, I really like its spiritual atmosphere.
8. Help mom for in preparing for Iftar.
9. Offer prayers more than the five daily prayers due.
10. Watch only one series. NOT Bab Alhara! I just hate it.
There is also one good thing happened to me.. The Arabic lessons are done, I don't have to go to the Arabic teachers anymore. The teacher was intolerable. He is always showing off and he is married twice and H heard he is proposing for the third pride.
Today I helped my mom when she was making cup cakes, I think they looked great.
