My Sister's Keeper

I was searching online and I discovered that My Sister's Keeper is actually a novel and I didn't know that it is actually a book even that I saw movie. I liked the story of fighting leukemia because it is a violent disease. I am really want to buy this book but I am sure that in Iraq it is not exist! so I tried to download it but I didn't find it so I got desperate and hopeless. I want that book! >_<
I also put a list of books I want to read and I'll start searching about some books in libraries here and I'm sure I won't find most of them and especially they are English. Sometimes I can't find Arabic books how I am going to find English books!
I also tried to buy some books online but I didn't know how, I tried in Amazon but I failed! I want to learn how to shop online and where are the book will be sent? please tell!

About Next Year

I have to read as much as I could so I searched about some websites for reading online and I found two great websites and I'll add them to my favorite websites on the Internet as well as I decided to buy 10 books and reading them through the summer but, problem is the private lessons! I'll be attending private lessons in the summer after the final exams. It's normal for all the pupils to have private lessons in all schools even my school which is the best in Mosul! it helps the pupils to get a good average, but with some pupils, it is not helpful! I think there is something with them, they repeat the year 3 times to get a good average and the good news, they never give up and it is a good thing.
And as I said I have to read a buy books but in the summer I won't have enough time for reading, all what I have to do is just studying for the 6th grad.. and all my future depends on the next year so I'll my best.
The exams will finish tomorrow and it'll start again in Wednesday, that means we only have 2 days to rest, I got bored of this but it doesn't matter.
I also find a funny websites called SparkNotes. There is some cool stuff their, check it out!

I need a break!

Hello people

today, I discovered that I need a rest of everything. I wanted to spend a couple of days alone in nature! I don't need persons, Mobile and Laptop even that I can't live without them. It would help me to get rid of some stress, especially before the next year because it going to be hard and not easy!
And I also need a MP3 player with a lot of sonatas, some symphonies and some Opera of course.
I love Piano and I would like to learn how to play a Piano.. but in Iraq,it isn't even existed! so may be I should just hear it.
May be some day, I'll buy a piano ^_^ .

An English Report

The English teacher ordered from us a report contains of one page about a subject, he suggested to write about figures but I didn't! I wrote about Harvard University because it is really deserves my words and it is a great university and I respect John Harvard for his creation for this fantastic university. the following is my report:

New Blog: Glitters

Hello

Although that I don't know much a bout art! I made a new blog that, I would like to share my favorite drawings and portraits for famous artists.
I've faced only one problem, it became in Arabic and I don't know why, if any one can help me to change it to English please let me know. Thank you.

As much as I tried to draw, I couldn't find the gift inside me so i gave up! and as I failed to express my feelings with colors, I became very interested in art so I decided to gather my best artists and portraits in a blog.

In Iraq, it is obviously no body interested in art and such things!
I've put 300 portraits in my Mobil, when people see it they say: "You're so complicated!" am I ?
A person who is very interested in such things, he shouldn't announce this in public!

The writer Gibran. I read most of his books and liked them .. there is no words could show my happiness when I read for him. He gives me wings to fly in space, I could feel his taste in choosing words and thoughts, He is magnificent!

Our Absence

In last Wednesday , I was going to have a chemistry exam .. but I didn't! because all the students were absent in Tuesday after the election (it was sooo hard). The headmaster was angry indeed, he didn't let us take the exam, he thinks that he punished us .. so we didn't take the exam and it was normal for us actually because no body remembered what he studied!

mom: what!? why?

Purple Fingers !

As most of you knew, the Iraqi election was today, it is done with a number of explosions in Baghdad and other cities of Iraq.
I and my family went to the voting center (is it the correct word?) and of course as I said I couldn't vote, I've just went to there for fun and most of people voted with no damages ! I went their as I said, entered from the main gate, walked away to find the names of my family and the workers their were so fool ! they can't say the Arabic letters alphabetically ! although that they are a student in colleges ! I was like >_<
so we continued our way for "VOTING", they entered into a room and I stayed outside,they voted, and the worse thing ever is they had to put their fingers in ink and it'll be in your finger for nearly a month. After that we went to my aunt's house, my cousin made a cake, we ate it with tea and then we went back to our house.

In these days, I watched a movie (The Lovely Bones) and I liked the story.
I read a little bit and studied -of course- that's it and I'm so eager to watch (The Oscars) I'll see it tomorrow because it'll be 2:00 AM and it is too late.

I'm sure that I've forgot something to mention, but I can't remember what it was !

I felt I didn't talk enough in the last post , so I decided to talk a little more ..

Today we went to my aunt's house in the afternoon, we stayed for the dinner. we talked,laughed and enjoyed and I'm actually love being there after they built a new house and it is far from our house (kind of) maybe because we used to be together in all situations and because we lived side by side for 18 years, that means we shared all the memories of happiness and sadness together too. And another aunt was near to both of us too, but she is now living in Syria with her family because they got an accident.
The election will be in Sunday 7th march, the general situation is calm until now !
The people are doing the shopping in a crazy ways, they are afraid of running out of food and stuff and the others don't have money to eat or sleep!

Still Alive

Hello ..

I didn't send any message for couple of weeks so I wanted to write something here
The election taking the biggest part of our life these days, every body talks about his opinion about the list that he is going to vote for. Legally I can't vote because I'm under the legal age which is 18.
Most people are going to vote because they still have some hope and others won't ! because they say it is just promises, no body did any thing since the last election and no body deserves our help to win in this election. And I say, Both are right from my point of view and surly we'll see what is going to happen after the election.

From my life side, 21/2 was my birthday (as you saw in my profile) we brought a cake and some sweets, my aunt came to our house and we celebrated. Best wishes to me and best life days.

My school is doing well, we stop attending the classes before yesterday, we'll stay at home for a week and that would be a spring vacation.
